My father used to take my brother and myself fishing, growing up. It was always a time that brought us closer together. It was simple fishing, as opposed to,"A River Runs Through It" event. I did fall in the Grand River one day, but I don't think this counts.

Time moves on and our fishing expeditions began taking a back seat to other things, until one day; years had flown by us. The Sunday fishing trips, were now memories, gone with the wind.

One day, I came home to find a package had arrived for me. When I opened it up, it was the Plano 1364 4-BY Rack System Tackle Box. There was no mistake, my name was on the package and it had been paid for.

Well, I did not remember ordering a tackle box from Dunham's Sports. I tried to remember the last time I might have gotten hammered with the guys and did something, I forgot about. The phone rang, it was from my older brother.

Brian, my brother, had gotten a tackle box delivered to his house too. Now, it was slowly coming together. Dad was trying to drop a hint to both of us.

Dad bought the same tackle box for himself. Now, we are all fishing again and not catching much to show for it yet, but that is fine for now. Brian caught a keeper. I need to switch my bait to canned corn, like I used to use.

We are feeling the water and it feels good again to get together at something we used to do together, back in the day.
