I would safely say Kodak is the most recognized brand in the camera industry. A great line of cameras have been produced by them and one of them is the Z712. A 7 megapixel resolution capability is found in this phone. But wait, before you think its too low and stop reading listen to this: it has a 12x Optical Zoom feature. Shocked? Very suitable for people who are interested in professional photographing. The pictures I took of an object quite a distance away was amazingly clear. It also comes with Optical Image Stabilization that prevents blurry pictures when there is movement. The display is a 2.5" LCD screen that displays the picture just as it is from any angle. Battery life is up to 300 photos. That is higher than average. It has a movie with sound recording function but i wasn't very satisfied with the sound quality- sounded very bassy to be honest. It has 32MB internal memory, which is great, and can be expanded with SD cards. Plus for a long range zooming camera, this camera isn't too bulky. A good camera for those who are just starting professional photography or nature lovers.
