A Handy Measuring Cup

One of those things that you take for granted is a measuring cup.I did not realize that I did not have one until I was ready to bake cookies using a recipe with all the ingredients then searched for a measuring cup only to realize that I did not have one!I had seen the angled measuring cup at Bed Bath & Beyond which I had never seen before so I decided to just go ahead and get that one.I liked the angled cup because it is a lot easier to see when you have reached the desired amount in the cup.Love it!I used my mom's "regular" measuring cup the other day and definitely appreciated the angled cup more.I have used the measuring cup for both solids and liquids, including hot water with good results.I have seen similar measuring cups at Walmart recently but do not recall the price.The OXO one is great, give it a try!
