My girlfriend always prepares a delicious holiday meal, but it's up to me to carve the main course. I used to hate this job until my girlfriend bought a Hamilton Beach Electric Knife. Now carving turkeys and roasts is a breeze.
I like the Hamilton Beach Electric Knife because it's easy to use. All you have to do is insert the blades, plug it in, and pull the trigger. You must hold onto the trigger or the unit will not run. This is a great safety feature. I also love this product because it came with a convenient case for storage.
The only thing I don't like about this product is the cord. The cord does get in the way from time to time, but other than that, this is a great product to have around at the holidays.
You should also note that the Hamilton Beach Electric Knife isn't just for meat. This is a great knife for slicing fresh made bread, angel food cakes, and even pizza. You'll be surprised at how many different uses this one gadget has.

I have to agree that a good electric knife is a must for carving a turkey!
It can cut pizza? Too cool! My parents have one that i'm sure is from the 70's and it still works great, I'll have to tell them about cutting pizza.
