A monumental failure by Starcom Verizon

This phone has made me hate cell phones.

Hands down, this is one of the most useless pieces of technology I have ever put my hands on.

The battery life is horrendous, even after being careful not to overcharge.

The phone hangs every 30 seconds.

Windows Mobile will actually cause this phone to blue screen (OH BOY!).

The back battery cover falls off constantly.

The enter button in the front is stuck.

The keyboard functions are absolutely horrendous, and will give you carpal tunnel to access them.

Overall, I cannot believe Verizon / Starcom would let something like this through quality control.The phone has absolutely zero positive features, outside of the (greatly flawed) 802.11b internal wireless card.Even then, this phone is absolutely horrific.
