The full name of this science book is, Science of the Physical Creation in Christian Perspective. I know I know, the title makes you say in your head, "Umm, yeah, screw that" , but it acually isn't that bad it includes all of the interesting things like, showing you how electroplating works, molecular structure of TNT, meteorology stuff, showing you how a Van de Graaff generator works (haven't you always wondered?(if you don't know what a Van de Graaff generator is, click here), and many other things. It might not go very deep in one particular subject, but it covers lots of stuff fairly well.

It has 470 pages of these subjects: a regular introduction to science, meteorology and oceanography, chemistry, geology, physics (my personal favorite),and a nice little periodic table of elements in the back.

I would recommend this to homeschoolers in 8th or 9th grade (I would really recommend doing it in 8th).
