A few years ago I was shopping at Meijers and wandering down their limited furniture aisle looking for a small cabinet for a little collection of salt and pepper shakers I wanted to display. Having looked for a while at various stores for some time I wasn't sure they would even have what I was looking for.

I came upon a sale section and saw this cute little cabinet way up on a top shelf which I thought would be perfect. I had to find someone to get a step stool and get it down for me and it was exactly what I'd been looking for all summer. I just knew if I kept looking something would come up and say BUY ME!

This cabinet is quiet heavy, made of oak, and has a medium stain and varnished finish. It has a clear glass front door and both sides are also glass so it's easy to see into the cabinet from many angles. The door latches closed securely and has a nice little brass hanger to pull it open. There are 2 glass shelves inside with about 5 inches of room in between each one. The cabinet measures 18 inches high by 7 inches deep and 15-1/2 inches wide. The back has 2 hooks to hang it onto the wall but it is also a free standing unit if needed.

As you can see this cabinet was just perfect for my little collection and I couldn't have found a better deal. Sometimes if you are not in a hurry, whatever you are looking for will present itself. To find it on sale for 75% off is near perfect.

I haven't had any problems or complaints with this cabinet. I polish the wood like my regular furniture and it looks as nice as the day I bought it.
