A Real Eye Opener

My initial first impressions of Blind Dating before I watched it was of a guy who is blind and meets and finds a girl and falls in love the end like a typical romantic comedy however I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't quite what I expected. This movie revolves around the central figure of Danny a blind boy who later becomes a blind man and you begin to imagine what it would actually be like if you were to be blind. Danny throughout the movie for the most part remains a good upstanding guy who bravely volunteers to take on an experimental eye surgery that may grant him the ability to see for the very first time while at the hospital he meets a lovely young nurse by the name of Jay and instantaneously feels drawn to her in some way and as things progress in the movie so does their relationship but like in good romantic comedies they as a catch. This is a great movie that takes what's good about romantic comedies and combines it with some tear jerking drama moments.
