A Scary Movie

Drag Me to Hell is a horror/thriller movie directed and written by the masters of horror Sam Raimi and Ivan Raimi. Ivan and Sam are known for their work on the Evil Dead and Spiderman movies. Sam is also the one responsible for The Grudge and The Grudge 2. Drag Me to Hell stars Alison Lohman (White Oleander), Justin Long (He's Just Not That Into You) and Lorna Raver as the scary Mrs. Ganush.

Drag Me to Hell is the story of a youngloan officer ( Lohman) who is so busy trying to impress her boss that she fails to realize the old woman that she just turned down for a loan is a very evil woman. She spends the rest of the movie trying to get someone to help her remove the curse the old woman has cast on her. Justin Long plays Lohman's boyfriend who slowly catches on that there is something evil going on.

This is a pretty good movie if you like horror movies. I am not a huge fan of horror but this one kept my attention. Lohman and Raver are very good in their roles.

This movie is tated PG 13 but I would think it is most suitable for 17 years and on up.
