At first, I liked it and thought it would be okay, but this Haba Discovery Ball is not one of my favorite baby toys. It is "cute" and that is it. I got it for my niece and nephew, note that they are one and a half, as something to play around with and they could not figure out how to make it sqeak and I had to show them and the sqeaking gets annoying, also. Not meant for a child's discover toy. The sqeak is sounded by hitting the ball against a hard surface, but that is it. Very Boring!! Served basically as a ball to roll around and slobber on. For $5, it should have had more bells and whistles to it, or at least something that we all would not get bored with. What a shame, since it is hard to return once you have opened it. Very disappointed with this product!!!
