A Summer Affair, By Elin Hilderbrand

A Summer Affair is another excellent book written by Elin Hilderbrand. I thought the plot of this book was very unique and different from anything I have ever read before.

This book is about a woman named Claire, who has problems with setting limits. She's the kind of person that wants everything, and to her friends, has everything. She has a kind and loving husband, four children, and a very successful career in art. That is why when she is asked to chair the committee for Nantucket's social event of that year, she accepts, because she thinks she can handle it. When she starts working at the gala, she meets a billionaire named Lock Dixon. That's when things start to get personal. They start to have a close relationship, and is partly because Lock always insists on working closely with Claire. Claire finds that she is starting to lose control on her life, as she starts to fall in love with Lock.
