A Sweet Reminder
By rogue34 onI love my pets and my cockapoo was very special to me. I lost her very recently and I wanted to have something to wear that showed how much I loved and cherished the companionship she gave to me. I wear a necklace almost everyday so I thought a dog charm would be good. And for the winter, a nice pin for my coat, hat or scarf.
As usual, I searched www.etsy.com to see what might be available. I found BoneofArt during my search. This shop has all kinds of pins and charms in a great variety of dog breeds. Her charms and pins are in silver (which I love) and best of all she had a cockapoo pin!
I also checked out the charms, but she did not show a cockapoo charm listed. I sent her a convo (email) about the puppy cut poodle (that's the cut my baby had) charm to see if she had any in stock. I happened to mention I was really looking for a cockapoo charm and she found that she had not listed that one! So, I was able to order the pin and the charm! She also did a personalization of the charm and put my Zoe's name on the back.
My pics are not the best - so if you want to visit the shop the address is http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=103996
There is also a Wire Haired Fox Terrier pin I would love to have. That's the dog I had growing up and I think my mom would like to have something that looks like him.

Sorry you lost Zoe. It is very loving of you to want to keep her memory alive in such a personal way Rogue. I love the charm.
You will always have this beautiful pin as a reminder of what Zoe meant to you,
Sorry to hear about your Zoe, that's a sweet tribute you did though.
Pets are so special. This is a great way to remember her.
That is very cute. Pets are so special to us. What a beautiful reminder you have of Zoe
Sorry to hear about your loss (late I know).
I recently lost a dachshund that my husband and I adopted from the SPCA. I know how you feel. This really is a nice touch.
