A Treasury of Tales

While this is a beautiful children's book, I think it's also a must-have for any true-blue Disney fan.I know I was hooked when I first saw it!

A Treasury of Tales is large, hardcover, and has thick, sturdy pages.The page edges are also painted silver, giving it a real classy touch.As a book itself, it's definitely high-quality and built to last.

Of course, the real attraction is the stories!Bambi, Cinderella, The Lion King... 21 stories in all. It retells each story simply, and is accompanied by full-colour illustrations from the movies.As a bonus, it also contains stickers in the back of the book of all of the Disney characters.I enjoy this book myself because of the classic stories, and I know that it will make delightful bedtime reading for my own children someday!

I'm sure you won't be disappointed by this book.

Update On Aug 10, 2008: I forgot to mention, this book is the "Original" of a series of Treasury books that Disney has put out.That I know of, they also have a Disney-Pixar book for stories such as Monsters Inc., a Princess book that focusses on the stories with female heroines, and a Scary Stories one for tales such as 101 Dalmations and The Little Mermaid that have espicially sinister villains.All of them are the same hardcover construction, and have bonus stickers.There is some overlap, though, so if you buy them all, the same story will appear more than once.
