A Useful Cheap Bookcase

This bookshelf is okay.Of course, it was only $25.00 for a 5 shelf bookcase so it is an awesome deal for what it is.I was in desperate need of a bookcase and a friend of mine happen to see this while we were shopping at Target.What you pay is what you get.I believe it is particle board with a laminate finish and the back is cardboard.It is not especially sturdy (I did not use the wall mount) since it is actually two sections put together so I made sure that I put the heavy books on the bottom and the knick knacks on the top shelf.The bookcase looks pretty nice for a cheap bookcase but when I get more established in my career I will probably retire this one to a basement or something.So, if you're looking for a cheap bookcase to simply house books and knick knacks, check out this one!Just don't expect a heirloom piece of furniture.
Book shelves must be a steady one. If it is a shaky one, it may not last long. It is a better idea to look for an old book shelf that will last longer in my opinion. Cheap may not always be the best in case of a book shelf especially if you have children at home.
