Can I really be that old? So old that my vitamin is for mature audiences? Yes, I fit in the category of Adults 50+ that qualify for Equate's Mature Multivitamin formula. It's a combination multivitamin/multimineral tablet. One of the things that it doesn't contain is iron, which I no longer need. Unless you choose a vitamin for older adults, most multivitamins will have iron.

Equate Mature Multivitamin (Silver) is said to be comparable to Centrum Silver. There are 100 tablets in the bottle, so over a 3 months supply for $4.00 is a great price for enhanced nutritional benefits.

I always take mine (1 daily) after supper, as I prefer to have a full meal to help me digest it. The ad says that it is laboratory tested to dissolve within one hour. It should also be taken with a full glass of water.

I do believe that with today's processed foods, everyone would be better off taking a daily multivitamin, as well as other supplements. I just don't believe that we can get the nutrients we need from our diet.

Now, if I'm not just so old, I forget to take them. (Grin.)
