Aaaaaa, mayday, I'm hit!
By donnabc onOnce again, another remote control toy that my husband wanted just as much as the boys!Santa brought this toy for my 8 and 15 year old sons last year. But when I told my mom what Santa was bringing, I was informed that perhaps another one would be a good idea for my dad.In retrospect, I should have gotten a whole other battle pair because my husband also loved them!
You get 2 helecopters, one red and one blue. The helecopters have a red laser that if you hit the other helecopter with, it spins down out of control and crashes to the ground. Very cool stuff apparently.
The helecopters can be flown separately as if they were just the regular ones. They twirl, swoop and dive and provide about 5 minutes of fun before requiring a recharge.
Although they look extremely fragile, they have held up rather well.My 8 year old's, has been carried around by our dog (who does not like this weird flying object), crashed, and all sorts of other things but still work. Now, one of the helecopters needed some weight added to it so it would stop spinning and go straight, but other than that, they both work good.

These are a great gift idea. The boys have to have their own toys!
My two ruffians must be very hard on toys because they got these last year and destroyed them in 15 minutes LOL! I mean they collided in mid air and came down in pieces:)
I can relate. I like toys too! This one looks like a lot of fun. I mean who can pass up the chance to shoot down a helecopter?
This sounds like something my grandson would like when he gets a little older.
Sounds like a really fun toy. Remote control toys are fun for all, I even like them. LOL.
Your husband sounds like my husband when it comes to buying toys for my son (wink, wink!)! These look like so much fun!!!! It sounds like your family is enjoying them tremendously!!
My husband is the same... he bought himself a RC helicpoter to fly with our son... yeah, okay. *wink* Glad these held up well for you--they do seem very fragile.
Sounds like fun. Looks like the battery life could be a little longer though.
Shew, my husband tried out one of these at his moms house. She had bought some for his little brothers. He LOVED them and went on and on about how much he wanted one. He sure crashed them a lot and they still stood up to the abuse lol.
I have seen these but did not know how durable they actually were. Good to know they hold up fairly well
