Flu Relief Therapy is a great nightime medicine when you have flu symptoms. It is really good if you have a severe cold. I will not say that it has the best taste. I will say that it works. It did help me to get rest and it did reduce the discomfort of the fever and cough. I have the cherry flavor. It also helps with body discomforts and aches and pains. It is ten percent alcohol. It does have an antihistimine. I was pleased with the product and would purchase it again. If you compare the ingredients to the Nyquil brand, there really is not any difference. I have an eight fluid ounce bottle. There were not any bad side effects. I did wake up feeling much better the next morning. It does come with it's own measuring cup, which makes it easy to take. It is important to read the drug warnings. I do not drive or operate machinery when taking this product, as it does cause drowsiness and is a nightime medicine. It is a good value and because it relieves so many symptoms, it is better than taking multiple products.
