Since the first Ab Lounge hit the market in television informercials it was at the top of my list of excercise equipment to try out. Two kids and a lot of unhealthy eating a few years later I finally decided to try out the new Ab Lounge Sport a dear friend of mine recieved for Christmas. I have to say that you feel the effects in only minutes. That burning sensation in your abs letting you know your giving those muscles the work out of a lifetime wastes no time creeping up on you. 20 short minutes of a trial run on this wonderful creation left me sore and wanting more the next day. Since my initial trial run with the Ab Lounge Sport I have used my friends wonderful present on numerous occasions and with what little I have used it I can see effects of my abs tightening and toning already. So much that for my upcoming birthday i have requested one for myself as a gift from my ever loving long time boyfriend. I do hope to see a beautifully wrapped Ab Lounge awaiting me next to the giant chocolate cake I'll most likely inhale at my 25th birthday party. Anyone who has ever saw this Ab Lounge contraption on late night infomercials or store shelves across the country, I do reccomend giving it a whirl if your interested in toner and flatter abs. From first hand experience I have to say it works great!
