Ab swing

This is not a great product. Does not give you abs and i have been using it for 4 months. Piece of junk. I am in shape too, just wanted more defenition. I will say that if you are overweight and are using this with physical cardio that it may be good to flatten your stomach. But it will not give you a 6 pack like they suggest in all the commericals. My Mom used it and found that the day after she used it that she was developing back pain. So I suggest that if you have pain in your back that you dont try this. Overall it really is not worth the price unless you have a ton of money to use. Try something like the ab balls which i have recently purchased and have found that they are beginning to work. My friends use Winsor pilates and this also works great. Good luck!
