Abdominal Machine By allie63078 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My sister recently purchased this Ab Rocket because she found it on sale through Amazon.com. While I was over there, I decided to give it a shot & see what I thought. I had previously had an ab lounge that I liked and this looked like it might work and not be quite so big as the ab lounge.

After trying it, I was just feelin so so. I think it has it's good things & bad. One of the good things I liked was that It was pretty comfortable to sit in and it felt like it supported my back okay and gave decent tension in my abs as I rocked back & forth. The rollers that are supposed to "massage" your bad were barely noticeable, but did provide some padding.I like that it had handles to help both stabalize you and help you pull up until you get your ab muscles more into shape. It does have adjustable tension, but I found it kind of hard to adjust, so I just left it alone.

Overall, it was an okay fitness product, but I probably would not spend the money on this. I'll just stick to regular crunches. They cost a lot less.

I was wondering about this because I see the infomercial for it! I'm afraid that if I sit in it that I might fall asleep from lounging & being relaxed in it! Thank you for your pros & cons!
