I went to Target the other day looking for something for lunch. Cost, calories, and taste were all the reqirements. I definitely found all of those in this one drink. It was in the section of flavored waters, right next to the Vitamin Waters. This was the best choice. First off, it only cost me a buck. Waaayyy cheaper than those pricy Vitamin Waters. Then, I looked at the nutrition facts and compared them to the VWs. More of the metabolism boosting vitamins I wanted, and none of those hefty sugary calories. In addition, it wasn't carbonated like some other flavored waters, and therefore wouldn't keep me bloated for hours on end after. So I bought it, and did the taste test. I chose the Acai Grape Blueberry because I've recently been on an acai craze, though the other flavors were just as appealing. The flavor was great, even better than the VWs in my opinion. In addition, it helped keep me more alert and attentive for the rest of the day. It had the punch of a soda or energy drink, without the bubbles, and the vitamins of a Vitamin Water, without the calories. A must have for anyone, wether dieting or not.
