Recently we came into some unexpected financial trouble. We decided to get a Payday Loan from ACE Cash Express. We had dealt with them before and knew we could get quick service from them.
During our first experience with ACE we only borrowed $200. The finance charge was $20 per $100 dollars borrowed as long as the money was paid in full by a certain date. We paid the loan off in time.
Apparently the teller working that day had never seen this happen before. She repeatedly asked if we were sure we really wanted to pay off the note. She noted normally clients would just pay the fees and extend the loan. Well, it's nice to have the option, but doing it that way could get out of hand.
Fast forward to our recent dealing with ACE Cash Express. We have been extremely strapped having some unexpended bills as of late. We opted to ease the burden and hit ACE Cash Express for another payday loan.
This time ACE Cash Express approved us for the maximum loan amount. This amount was over what we needed, but it was a nice offer. Additionally, we were told as long as the loan was paid off by a certain date there would be NO additional charges or fees. I repeat, no interest, no fees, no nothing. All we had to do was pay the amount we borrowed back on time.
ACE certainly helped us out of a bind. The customer service was excellent. Payday loan approval time is approximately 30 minutes, so you are in and out quickly. To get a Payday Loan you need a check from your checking account, your most recent bank statement, a valid ID, your most recent payroll information, a phone bill, and a utility bill.
ACE Cash Express is the place for us to get cash if we need it. I highly recommend ACE Cash Express and applaud their service.

Thank God I do not have to use Payday advances these days....but I used them for about 2 yrs and at the time, it sure did help out.
Really?! No fees? How interesting. It's good that there is a catch net available for people who are really strapped occasionally.
This service IS NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! I'm posting this right after I spoke to a customer service representative who couldn't help but kept saying sorry about inconvenience. They're holing my funds and not releasing it for a week after I have cancelled a transaction at online store in order to go with a different store due to the backorder. The online store rep told me that their process took only 24 hours to transfer the money back. But netspend is holding on to the money for a whole week, before it lets me use it. Very inconvenient and impossible to reach a customer service rep on the phone, unless if you go through a dispute (during certain hours). I do not recommend using Netspend, go with any other but ACE Cash Express. thx.
