This is my first laptop and I love it! It is not the top of the line computer but for the price and the size it's perfect. I have my own home business(Herbalife) that I run and this has come in handy it is wireless which is my favortie part so I can take it with me when I need too.

This is the Acer 3100-1458

It has Acer Aracde(this is new to me) it's a comprenhensive multimedia suite, It also has what is called the Acer Empowering Technology which optimizes mobile excellence. Effective online communication. Acer Signal Up High-efficiency antenna technology. And Acer GridVista Multi-screen solution.

As you can see this has alot on it. However it is missing a few programs that I like to use regulary that I will have to get and put on it. But for the money I really like this one it is the perfect size and oh it does have like a 3 in 1 card reader which means you can read sd, xd, compact flash etc. The screen is bright however I did notice the other day when I was watching a movie that I rented through Newtflix that the quality of the picture wasn't that great and I don't know if that is the laptop or the movie.

I would recommend this laptop to anyone who wants the ability to go wireless and and to be able to do pictures, home movies, listen to music etc. This was purchased through Overstock and I received it about 5 days after I ordered it in perfect condition. So if you get a chance give Acer a try. To me it is just as good as Dell, HP etc just for a little less money because you aren't paying for the name. One more thing that I forgot is that the sound level I have turned up all the way and it is just not that loud(unless I am just deaf) so I recommend that if you are going to watch a movie or listen to music you might want to invest in some portable speakers.
