Acer Aspire By m_and_mk on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I got this computer back before Thanksgiving at a great sale. The price was great. It is the Aspire 5315-2153 and it comes with Windows Vista Basic. (We upgraded it to Premium and had to add Microsoft office to it.) Of course with any new operating systems, it does have bugs but its not the fault of the computer itself, just the operating system. It has Intel Celeron Processorwith 1 GB DDr2 and 80GB of hard drive. My biggest comlaint (other than Vista) of the computer is the keypad. For some reason as I am typing it will all of a sudden jump to another place in the paragraph as I am typing. We now have a wireless keyboard and mouse that we have hooked up to it and I haven't had troubles with the wirelss keyboard doing this. The battery life is also not so great-it only gives about and hour and a half when you aren't plugged in. But that isn't usually too much of a problem for us-we are usually near an outlet. All in all its a good computer for the price I paid.
