Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark-Hunter series has captivated many readers. Myself included. Her newest book Acheron is about a man shunned his entire life and knows only all to well nothing is for free. Sherrilyn really went out of her element with this book and it is in my opinion her best book to date. Please be forewarned that the beginning of this book is more darker and edgier than her previous books.

Story: Acheron Parthenopaeus is the leader of the Dark-Hunters who try to battle evil and keep humans safe. What people do not know about him is that he is a Atlantean God. He has suffered and been more than anyone especially by Artemis a goddess who says she loves him.

Characters: There are so many character is this book I would like to tell you about, but I have decided to only recap the top two Acheron and Artemis. Acheron is irresistible to women not only because of his looks but the dangerous aura around him. Artemis is a spoiled goddess who battle insecurities of her own.

My Thoughts: Even if you have never read any of the previous Dark- Hunter books, I still recommend this book. An absolute must read!
