Act Restoring Mouthwash

I got this mouthwash after my dentist recommended it. I now use it once or twice a day as part of my daily routine- usually before bed because they suggest that you do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. It comes in many different flavors, but I use the Mint kind. The taste is cool and refreshing, but doesnt sting as much as some other mouthwashes. The mouthwash is supposed to restore minerals to soft spots and also strengthen tooth enamel and freshen breath. I was having a little bit of sensitivity due to some soft spots on my teeth and also the fact that i have low enamel on my teeth- i feel like this mouthwash has helped to improve this, next time i go to the dentist I will be counting on no cavities!. If you are going to choose a daily mouthwash, why not try one that will offer tooth defense? Enjoy!
