Before trying this mouthwash, I dreaded rinsing my mouth. All of the mouthwashes I had tried were so strong, even when diluted with water. The ACT Restoring Mouthwash, Vanilla Mint Flavor is wonderful. The flavor is very mild so that it does not sting your mouth. It is minty with a hint of vanilla and actually tastes good! It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and gives me nice breath all morning. This mouthwash is supposed to strengthen tooth enamel, and while I can't say that it definately does, I have not had any dental issues since using it. I would definately recommend this mouthwash to anyone who has mouthwash issues like myself since it is so mild and tastes really great! A definate five stars!
