Ad Medical Deluxe One Step Blood Pressure Monitor By Lorianna on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

My mother has had this digital blood pressure monitor for a couple of years, and I get to use it often enough as well. The monitor is very easy to use; it is called Deluxe One Step, and there is really only one step to it after you have put the cuff on your arm: you just press the Start button. In a few moments, your blood pressure reading will appear on the digital screen. The digits are large and easy to read as well.

The blood pressure monitor is clinically tested for accuracy, according to the box. On the right side of th screen, there is a colored scale that shows you whether your blood pressure is within the normal range; normal falls within the green area, high is colored red, and low is yellow. The monitor also shows your pulse rate, and if your heart is beating irregularly, a pulsating heart will appear on the screen to warn you.

The blood pressure monitor is compact and portable, it comes with a neat traveling case. My mother is very pleased with it, she can check her blood pressure anywhere, at home or on trips. I like the way it works, too. Perhaps I will get one myself someday.

My cardiologist just prescribed a monitor for home use for me, so I'm very interested in reading about which ones really are very accurate and easy to use. I like the irregular heartbeat warning function. That's something I'd like to have on the one I get.
