One of my miniature dachshunds, Bosco, needed a new collar, his old one was getting very frayed. Being a small size, he needed a small collar, and I couldn't find what I wanted at Petsmart. They were out of the small size. Lo and behold, HEB had just what I was looking for.

This adjustable collar made by Alliance Products is for extra small dogs and will adjust from 8 to 12 inches. It is made of material that seems to be pretty sturdy and durable and has a clasp that snaps in place and stays that way until you unsnap it. I have a harness for my dogs that I attach their leashes to when they go out for a walk, but they also have their collars with their tags attached. I like collars that I know will stay in place, and this one, with the snap clasp, is very easy to put on and take off. The collar is bright red and looks great on Bosco, as he is black and tan in color. And since it is adjustable, if he should get a little bigger or heavier, I don't think it will be a problem. It seems to be a good product, and I'm glad I found it at HEB.
