Adobe Photoshop is another one of the best image touchup programs i have ever used.. Although its a little tough, and it seems like alot of things are hidden.. theres tons of hidden tutorials on the internet just waiting to be experimented with. Not only do they have alot of image design help but if you need a hand with technical support they are just a call or click away. and thats always a plus! you can add cool scanline and grid effects where they are almost transparent over your image.. a bold but professional looks you name it you can figure out a way to do it.. and an easy to use color pallet so you can adjust the color of your text or image effects.. image like moving smoke, lightning ect.. or to a text effect.. the fire is a very popular one.. the kids will love it especially if they are gamers.. and young but imbitious about image developement or webdesign.. i recommend adobe photoshop
