This is one of my favorite Strawberry Shortcake videos to watch. I like and at the same time, get irritated with the talkative Honey Pie Pony, Strawberry Shortcake's pony friend in the story. My irritation only gets replaced by amusement and admiration when Honey Pie Pony chooses her human friends from her other pony friends in Ice Cream Island where you guessed as much, is filled with sumptuous ice cream trees.
Strawberry Shortcake's adventure in this story starts on her journey to Ice Cream Island with her other human friends. This was brought about by the sinister plot of a nasty horse show owner who is after Honey Pie Pony. Having found out the wicked plan of this show owner, Strawberry Shortcake set sail to rescue her fillie friend.
I like all Strawberry Shortcake cartoons because they have moral to learn. It is entertaining, educational and colorful too. As always, there is a surprise waiting inside the DVD case. This time, we got a coloring poster of Strawberry Shortcake.
The dvd movie runs for 44 minutes.
