Advil Cold and Sinus

I recently had a head cold due to I believe air conditioning while sleeping. It got very cold in my room and I had nasal congestion and sinus pressure. I went to my local Rite Aid and purchased a box of Advil Cold and Sinus Non-drowsy. This medicine contains Ibuprofen 200mg and acts as a pain reliever, fever reducer, and Pseudoephedrine HCI 30mg for nasal decongestant. This is a nonsteroidal anti inflamatory drug The only side affects listed are to those who may be allergic to ibuprofen. I have taken the recommended doses and my head cold has gone away in about 3 days. I have used this product on other colds that I have had and I always seem to go buy more of this as It has always seemed to work for me. This product has to be signed for with an age requirement at your local pharmacy.
