I think Advil PM Pain Reliever and Night time Sleep Aid is a wonderful product. I am a college student and have a job in a resturant. I am on my feet most of the day and I have long, tough hours. When I get home at night, I sometimes have a lot of aches and pains. Also, I'm keyed up from work, so it can be hard for me to fall asleep. I can take two of these Advil PMs and they relieve my pain completely. They also help me to relax and fall asleep quickly. These also seem to help me to stay asleep all night long without waking up and having trouble getting back to sleep. The dosage on these are two tablets. I never take anymore than that. An average size bottle with last me for several months because I don't take them every night. Just when I have pain and can't sleep. I can highly recommend this product!
