Advil PM Caplets

I purchased my Advil PM at CVS for $4.99.It is a small bottle containing 20 caplets.Each caplet contains 200 mg of ibuprofen and 38 mg of diphenhydramine citrate (sleep aid).The recommended dosage for adults is two caplets but I only took one caplet the first time I tried it for fear that I would wake up feeling drowsy.

I slept more sound when taking Advil PM than without it.My minor aches and pains that I had were relieved.Surprisingly I did not wake up feely drowsy at all.I have not tried taking the full recommended dosage since one half of the dosage works well for me.Advil PM allowed me relief from my aches and pain and a more restful night's sleep.
