The tuxedos at After Hours are fine. There is fine color and style selection. However, the level of service is the worst I've seen. Two days before my wedding my husband went to pick up his tuxedo. His entire order was wrong. His pants were too short, they gave him the wrong jacket, and they ordered the wrong shoe style. They said that this was no problem and they would fix it. We went back the next day, and the pants had been corrected, but the jacket was still not the style we had chosen. They got the correct style of shoes, but ordered the wrong size - two sizes too small. We told them that we would be happy to come back the next day, but they said that they wouldn't be able to do anything, since it would be a Sunday, and left it at that. The groom spent the night before his wedding buying his own shoes, which they refused to reimburse us for afterward. I have never encountered a company with worse sales people, customer service, and business sense. I strongly recommend never using them for your tuxedo rental needs.
