Air Supply The Vanishing Race By Karen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Vanishing Race was a different effort by Air Supply, not like their previous music. For the most part, I enjoyed the album, though it wasn't one of my favorites by them. Most of the compositions were good, a few I didn't like as much, but I still enjoyed the album.

The ten tracks on this album are: 1. It's Never Too Late. 2. Faith. 3. Kiss Me Like You Mean It. 4. Evidence of Love. 5. Goodbye. (One of the best songs on this album). 6. The Vanishing Race. 7. Don't Tell Me. 8. Too Sentimental. 9. I Remember Love. 10. I'll Be Thinking of You.

The Vanishing Race is a decent effort by Air Supply, but I noticed on this album that Russell Hitchcock's voice was going through some changes. He couldn't hit the high notes the same way he did on previous albums, and I greatly missed that, I felt that was one of the features of Russell's voice that made it so unique. He still sounded good, but not the same. Maybe that is one of the reasons that this album is not one of my favorites. But all in all, still a good album by Air Supply.
