Reviewing: Air Bake Cookie Sheets
Purchased at: Gift

I have been using AirBake cookie sheets for three years now. I got my first one as a wedding gift and loved it so much I asked for more for Christmas. I now have 3 different sized ones and they are all wonderful.

These AirBake cookie sheets have a non-stick surface which makes them easy to get cookies off of and very easy to clean. I usually don't even have to use a spatula to get the cookies off the sheet. I just use my hand to shake them loose once they have been out of the oven for about 5 minutes. As for cleaning, everything comes off the surface very easily. The only bad thing is that the larger sizes do not fit in the dishwasher and are hard to clean in a regular sized sink. I have to be very careful not to let the water run off the sheet onto the floor while I am rinsing it.

I have never had a problem with the bottoms of cookies burning. This is because the AirBake has a chamber of in between the top and bottom part of the sheet. This allows the sheet to heat evenly and at just the right temperature. It also allows the sheet to cool faster than other types of sheets. Most of my cookies actually come out as more of a soft batch cookie type than hard and crunchy.

I have had these for many years and they are my favorite bakng sheets. The only problem I have experienced is that if you soak them for a long period of time in the sink, they get water logged inside. All you have to do to remedy the situation is to put them in the oven at low heat for awhile.

I've always wondered about these. Thanks, I'll pick up two sheets before next Christmas.

These are great cookie sheets. I don't dishwasher them either. Left one in the sink once and water soaked inside somehow. I thought I had ruined it, but it did dry out ok.

I love the AirBake cookie sheets. We registered for a few for my bridal shower. It's one of the items we use most. Never burned anything using these!

These are excellent. I've used them when I was living with my parents, and have been dropping hints to get some of my own for Christmas.

I threw out all of my old baking pans for these, my youngest daughter loves using them (she's the baker in the family and awesome at that) these are well worth the purchase! Thanks for the info

AirBake Cookie sheets sounds up my ally - I have a hard time determining if cookies are done or not until I burn them! With this pan it souds like I can't burn them!
