I have been taking this now for over a year. I work in a crowded day program for clients. Often I would catch a cold from one of them and would be sick a lot. Someone at work told me about this product. I was very leary at first. I really did not believe it would work. However I was sick of catching colds so I tried It by taking one In the morning before work. I quickly found out it made a huge difference and was developed by a school teacher who was sick of catching colds and seeing her students get sick as well. I am still in awe of just how well it actuallydoes work. It can be taken at the first sign of a cold or before entering a crowded area. They are available at many drug stores and places like sams club. My family keeps a good supply of this on hand at our house. Some folks say that they do not really work but for me I would have to say they do. They are sold in various flavors and are cheaper if you buy them at some of the warehouse clubs like sams or bjs. They come 3 to package there and its almost like getting one for free.
