I have always been interested in taking dietary supplements that will help prevent colds or help stop a cold that is starting. My Mom told me about the Airborne Formula supplement. It comes in a tablet form that you dissolve in a about a 1/3 cup of water. It comes in several flavors, including orange, Lime, and Pink grapefruit. I have tried all of the flavors and they all taste very good. I have overall been pleased with this product. What it does is boost your immune system with 17 herbs and nutrients. I believe it does help. I always start drinking this every 4 to 6 hours when someone in my household comes down with a cold or if I start feeling a cold coming on. There have been many times it has stopped a cold for me.
