Akwasasne Mowhawk Casino

This is a smaller casino located in Massena New York, which is only about 2 or 2 1/2 hours from our house. We also go to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods in Connecticut as well, and have been to Vegas as well so we are "traveled" when it comes to casino's.

We go here about once per month, and always have a good time. Again it isn't very large, but has many slot machines, and has few table games. It does have Texas Holdem tourney's and sit-and-go tables as well.

It has one buffet and just recently added "Sticks" which is a sports bar / pub and does serve food and drinks. We haven't eaten there yet, but it looks fantastic and we plan on checking it out on our next trip.

You don't get free drinks for playing, but there are waitresses there, or you can go to the bar and get your own.

There isn't much to do outside of the slots and table games, but again if you like to just gamble and have some drinks.... and don't want to drive more than 4 hours from Vermont then this is the spot for u.
