I have a two year old daughter thst is Ok about eating her vegetables, but could be a lot better. I was in the Organic store and saw that Alexia has a new product of chicken nuggets. They come in two flavors, Broccoli and Cheddar and Spinach. I figured they were worth a try. I made them for my daughter who gobbled them down without a second look. She said tehy were yummy! So she got a serving of broccoli in her chicken nuggets and I had not guilt giving them to her. Alexia is not processed or GMO in anyway. They are organic and contain no trans fats. They are a healthy "treat" for her. I also will point out that they are made in such a way that kids cannot really see the broccoli in them. I know some kids won't eat "green"...well these may be a great solution!
