Alias Season One Complete
By Ally_DeVille onSeason One of Alias is my second favorite season of Alias; it certainly setup the storylines for season 2 which is outstanding.Season one starts with Sidney Bristow learning that all the years shes been working for SD6 have been a lie; they are not a branch of the CIA but in fact are the bad guys. She is given the mission of learning their weak spots in hopes of tumbling the entire organization as a whole. The missions she goes on each episode are a lot of fun to watch, action/adventure, suspense sprinkled with a healthy does of suspension of belief which just makes it more fun.Plus theres the angst over her relationships with her boyfriend, childhood friends, father, CIA handler and others which adds to the drama which is what makes it so complex.Good writing and acting throughout.
This mission over-arcs throughout the season, which just builds on the characters and the storylineand really gets you invested in the characters and the storyline, at least it did for me.Victor Gerber plays the role of Sidneys father; and hes fabulous! Its so refreshing to have an older man be so smoking hot on the small screen; I dont know about you but I am so tired of pretty boys being the lead; however, this show has those as well.Something for everyone!
