We have really liked this product and most of the features to this point. We use this product in a small retail business for copying, faxing, and printing. However - the outomatic paper feeder doesn't seem to like to pull through paper that is light or different then a standard 8x10 piece of reg typing/office paper. We have ran into problems with coping invoices and other non standard papers - Which can create jaming problems. We have had words with it - over this - LOL. Otherwise we have really liked this machine. Printing quality is incredible, printer cartage lasts forever, great paper capicity. This machine is shared with two computers in our office and was easy to set up and get going
