All The Right Moves Dvd By ArmySister on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This movie, "All the Right Moves," is an older movie. It was first released in 1983. It was the first movie that Tom Cruise played the lead role. It is the story of a teenage boy who wants nothing more than to escape his dead end home town. He decides the only way he has a chance at doing this is getting a football scholarship to a college as far away as possible. It's, of course, not that easy. His coach is also wanting out and to be able to coach at a college far away - this causes much conflict. The movie is rated R. It has nudity and language in it.

I have loved this movie since it first came out on VCR. Imagine my excitment when I found in the bargain bin on DVD! I love Tom Cruise, and I love football movies. When the two are combined, I just don't think there's much better. I have enjoyed watching this movie with my teenage daughter as she really loves Tom Cruise too, but even more than that, we laugh about all the 80s qualities that show up - like the hair. This is a great movie for adult family night. While it's not appropriate for children, it makes for a great movie for husband/wife or a couple looking for a movie they will both like. I highly recommend keeping your eyes open and looking for this movie.
