So I have allergies like most of us do.No surprise. However, my allergy symptoms are different than most peoples.I don't get runny nose, watery/ichy eyes, etc.I just get major major painful sinus headaches.I tried sudafed and other decongestants and they worked just a tad. They usually wore off quickly also.I finally went to an allergist (Dr. Martinez) and he prescribed a nasal spray called Rhinocort. He informed me that it could take a couple weeks to build up in my system and start working.Well, within a couple days my headaches were gone!It was simply unbelieveable.I use it every day now.You have to be sure and use it daily or it will wear off and symptoms will come back. This type of medicine reduces swelling and inflamation in your sinuses.

Insurances will cover different types of nasal sprays. If they don't cover Rhinocort, try Nasonex. There is also a generic of Nasonex. My co-worker uses it and she loves it.
