Allergy Tablets By Jenn Huffer on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I have very bad allergies (dust, grass, hayfever, pollen, mold, cats, you get the idea) So I'm constantly poping allergiy medication, especially in the spring and summer months. I'm also on a tight budget. i work at school so in the summer time I do not et a paycheck at all. So I need to find an allergy medicine that works yet won't empty my wallet.
I've been getting the Equate brand of Allergy tablets at Walmart for about 3 years now and they work just as well as Benedrayl. I take different amounts of tablets depending on what it is I'm doing at the time. I've never take more then three at a time though. I will usually take one tablet if I'm just suffering from minor allergy symptoms such as watery eyes, trouble breathing, runny nose or sneezing. I'll take two tablets if I'm going to be dusting a little or straightening up a room or running the vacuum sweeper. Three tablets if I'm doing heavy cleaning or moving of furniture and such.
But over all I have had good results with this product. It works and for half the price. The only draw back is that it does make me very drowsy.
Equate Allegy Tablets/100 Tablets Purchased at: Walmart Price: around $2

This sounds like an inexpensive way to take care of allergy problems.
Equate is a nice genertic brand to use. I use it for most everything.
Sounds good to me, great job! Thanks. ;)
Is this the chlorpheniramine maleate? Those work pretty good but they can cause drowsiness for me.
