Alli Weight Loss Aid By allie63078 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I decided to try Alli just out of curiosity more than anything. I am always looking for something to try and help with weight loss and when I saw this, I was like, "okay, what the heck." I decided to buy a full 120 capsule bottle rather than just the starter kit. I took it home and read all the material that came with it and thought it would be pretty easy. Let's just say that it wasn't long before I quit using all togeether.

I think at first I may have lost a few pounds, but that is only because I couldn't stay out of the bathroom. Trust them when they say that you need to eat a low-fat diet while taking these pills. If you choose to eat foods high in fat and expect these pills to help block the fat and help you lose weight, then you're in for a rude awakening. Yes, they might block the fat, but the intestinal feeling you have later is so not worth it. These pills work relatively fast and if you aren't following their diet plan, or one similar to it, then be prepared to stay close to a bathroom.

Ugh, I've heard the same things about this pill. I think it would have to work a lot better than it does for it to be worth it for me. Thanks for sharing your experience with this product!

I have heard the horror potty bathroom breaks with pills like this. It seems like all the fat burners have that side effect. Thanks for sharing.
