I have been with Alstate Insurance for about four years now and they have been the best insurance company I have worked with. They are courteous, and dependable.
About a year ago I had a relatively sized fire in one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floorof my home, and Allstate sent a representiveimmediately, my claim was processed with all due speed and I received my check with a number of weeks, so that I could make the necessary repairs to my home.
There customer service agents were very knowledgeable and gave me the very best service. After the fire I assuped my premium would increase because of the fire but it did not. Allstate treats there customers with loyalty and repect and I would not leave them for all the tea in china.

Wow, Out here in ct its just the opposite. Allstate has been so overpriced it isnt funny. Amica and Geico are tops here. I have a friend that I got a Geico policy for. His insurance went from 600 dollars plus to 175.00 for motorcycle insurance and I was able to get him a ton more of coverage on the policy. His car insurance I switched over too and he enjoyed a smilar discount and increased his coverage. i helped a friend at work with a similar deal. I am glad you are having good luck with them though. Sounds like where you live they are ok. They are just seen in a very dim light out here.
