What do a lisping Frenchman, a blind ferret, and a man with irritable bowel syndrome have in common? They all find a home on the DVD release of Along Came Polly. Starring Ben Stiller, Debra Messing and Jennifer Aniston, Along Came Polly is yet another great Stiller comedy combining witty dialogue and outrageous acting. Philip Seymour Hoffman particularly shines brightly in his role as an aging former child star. The plot of Along Came Polly follows Reuben Feffer (Stiller) and his relationships with both Messing and Aniston and his eventual dilemna in having to pick which woman to continue a relationship with. This single disc set includes numorous deleted scenes, cast outtakes and gags, and behind the scenes featurette on the making of the film. A wonderful commentary track by director John Hamburg is also included on this packed DVD. Fans of the previous works of Ben Stiller will find themselves laughing from beginning to end, while newbies will be calling for timeout once their lungs begin to burn from all the laughter.
