Aluminum Foil That Offers Quick Release By AmyBrantley on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I hate to admit it, but I love to use aluminum foil so that I can avoid washing so many dishes. But, that means using lots of cooking spray, or at least it did.

When Reynolds Release Non-Stick Aluminum Foil was first released I was excited, yet skeptical. Could aluminum foil truly be that non-stick? Yes, it can.

It doesn't matter what you place on this aluminum foil, it just doesn't stick. I have even placed it on pizza pan and the cheese that ran off the sides of the pizza didn't even stick.

Why is this such a big deal? Why does it matter if you have to use cooking spray on your aluminum foil or not? First of all, cooking spray has calories. The package may say it is calorie-free, but do a little research and you'll learn the truth. This means that using Reynolds Release Non-Stick Aluminum Foil will help you cut calories.

One last tip to remember is to check the aluminum foil closely to determine which side is the non-stick side.
